Where is The SnarfScarf® made?
Your fabulous SnarfScarf® was handmade in St. Petersburg, Florida!
How do the sizes differ?
The adult standard measures about 26" long from neck seam to waist level (each side) and is about 7" at its widest part. The adult large measures about 30" long from neck seam to waist level (each side) and is about 10" at its widest part. Folks who are large chested/bellied or have large frames should consider the large size.
How do I care for my SnarfScarf®?
Each SnarfScarf is made from 100% cotton, unless otherwise noted. To care for it, fasten the velcro and wash cold with your other like-colored clothing. We recommend laying it flat to dry or you can tumble dry low. If needed, you may iron it on the setting designated for 100% cotton. We carefully select each print to disguise food stains but if you wish to spot treat your SnarfScarf®, just follow the instructions that came with your preferred stain treatment solution.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.
How do I redeem a promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, you will be asked to enter it upon final checkout.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. We do not knowingly ship to locations that act as intermediaries to overseas customers. All such orders will be refunded.
What are my shipping options?
In most cases, your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order ships, it will arrive according to the option you selected at checkout. For domestic orders, we offer USPS Priority Mail® Shipping (1-3 days) or USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel Shipping (3-7 days).
For international orders, we offer USPS First-Class International Shipping and USPS Priority Mail International service. The USPS offers free tracking of your Priority Mail® and First-Class Mail® packages. Shipping fees calculate upon checkout.
If your package does not arrive, we will assist you in opening a claim with the USPS to help you track it down. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not replace items that the USPS is at fault for losing or destroying.
How can I track my shipment?
When you place your order, you are issued a unique tracking number by the United States Postal Service. To track your shipment, visit USPS.com, and enter your tracking number.
How are taxes charged?
If you are shipping to any state in the USA except for Florida, no taxes will be applied to your purchase. If you are shipping to an address within Florida, you’ll be charged the appropriate rate for that shipping address. If your order is being shipped internationally, you are responsible for all customs and import taxes.

I can’t find a SnarfScarf I saw on the website earlier – where is it?
The product lines are constantly changing and it may have been discontinued or is temporarily out of stock. Check back often for new prints!
As a growing small business, we pride ourselves on our customer service and we are confident in the quality of our product. We carefully inspect each SnarfScarf® before we ship it. However, if you are unhappy with your SnarfScarf®, follow these directions for a speedy return:
- Complete the return form and include it with an original receipt or packing slip and The SnarfScarf® you want to return.
- Cut along dotted line of return form and affix the return address to your return package.
- Ship to: Darwin Designs LLC, Attn: Returns, PO Box 56601, St. Petersburg, FL 33732.
- You must return your SnarfScarf® within 30 days of the original sale date for a full refund.
- Returns must be prepaid by the customer and shipped via the carrier of your choice. No COD’s will be accepted.
- All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a full credit. In the event that an item is damaged during shipment to you, please contact the carrier with your tracking number.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive.
- Original form of payment will be credited for your refund.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these policies.
- We do not accept returns of personalized (embroidered) items at this time.
We are committed to our product and will do everything in our power to ensure your 100% satisfaction. We also issue refunds when we suspect fraudulent purchases, or if our system flags inconsistencies with the customer's billing/shipping address(es).
